Job Description
One Source Staffing has an immediate job opening for a full-time Flexographic Printing Press Operator. The Flexographic Press Operator is responsible for operating the Flexographic Press to produce and custom print on wristband products.

1st Shift - 8: 00am-4: 30pm or 2nd Shift - 4: 30pm-12: 30am
Job Description:
- Maintain and operate Flexographic printing press
- Mix inks and mount plates
- Troubleshoot press problems and perform general maintenance of equipment
- Produce product to proper specifications based on work orders
- Adjust tooling and set-up of equipment according to work order specifications
- Responsible for the proper set-up, shut down and clean-up of equipment used
- Work closely and communicate effectively with corresponding operators and team members
- Follow safety regulations and facility guidelines
Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 4-5 years' experience in Flexographic printing OR similar press experience (Offset/Roto)
- Mechanical aptitude
- Experience working in the printing industry
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office)
